The Club will notify the applicant by email the acceptance of the applicant’s membership application. In consideration of the Kanata Badminton Club accepting my application as a participant in the mentioned club, I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the Kanata Badminton Club. I further agree that the Kanata Badminton Club, its executive members and volunteers will not be held responsible for any loss, damages or injury incurred during said participation.
